ABOUT US
Kluge-Luftfilter has been developing, designing, and manufacturing filter components for use in air conditioning and ventilation systems for over 53 years. Our standard product range includes coarse filters, medium filters, and fine dust filters.
Filters of filter classes G1-G4, M5-M6, F6-F9 according to DIN EN 779: 2012, as well as higher-quality HEPA filters, are part of our product range.

Production of the entire range of air filter inserts in filter classes G3 to F9. Custom Filters also available.
Filter mats are self-extinguishing class F1 DIN 53438. Synthetic fiber mats are made of 100% polyester fibers.
We also offer metal filters for systems and ventilation systems. We prioritize durability and longterm usage.
In practice
Air filters play a central role in modern air technology – whether in industrial plants, public buildings, or sensitive areas such as laboratories or hospitals. They serve to filter particles, pollen, fine dust, and pollutants from the air, thus protecting people, machines, and the environment.
Frame filters are compact flat filters in which a filter medium is clamped into a sturdy frame (made of cardboard, plastic, or metal). They are primarily used as pre- or intermediate filters in ventilation systems and can be replaced quickly and easily.

Our experts will now check all the key data and we will prepare an individual offer for you.
After your approval, we will start the production process and you will be able to use your ordered products shortly.

Shipping takes an average of 7-10 business days. However, it always depends on the quantity and the conditions in the respective country. We will coordinate this closely with you.
Upon request, we can also provide you with samples. This is especially useful if you have us manufacture custom filters.
If you would like to work with us on a longer-term basis, we also offer a guided tour to show you our production and manufacturing facilities.
We develop, design and produce filters and devices for customer-specific requirements, for installation in existing filter systems and new systems.
